We Link is a Kuwaiti company (Company Registration: 2025/3935) providing guarantor and housing services for GCC students in the United Kingdom.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the We Link platform, including our website at welink-uk.com, our guarantor service, our property listings, and our student portal. By using any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
To use our guarantor service as a Student, you must:
We reserve the right to decline any application at our sole discretion, including where we are not satisfied with the information provided.
4.1 What we provide. Where We Link approves your application, we will issue a Guarantor Letter confirming our commitment to guarantee your tenancy obligations for the duration agreed with your Landlord. This letter is addressed to your Landlord or letting agent.
4.2 Scope of the guarantee. Our guarantee covers unpaid rent and damage beyond fair wear and tear, up to a maximum of [two months' rent / as specified in the Guarantor Letter]. The precise scope will be set out in the Guarantor Letter issued to your Landlord.
4.3 Your obligations. In accepting the guarantor service, you agree to:
4.4 Recovery of costs. If We Link is required to make any payment to a Landlord under a guarantee, you agree to repay those amounts to We Link in full. We reserve the right to pursue recovery through appropriate legal channels.
We Link maintains a curated selection of verified property listings. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of listing information, we do not guarantee the availability, condition, or suitability of any listed property. Tenancy agreements are entered into directly between Students and Landlords.
We Link is not a party to the tenancy agreement itself, except in our capacity as guarantor where a Guarantor Letter has been issued.
By listing a property on the We Link platform, you confirm that:
Where a tenancy is completed via the We Link platform, a commission of one month's rent is payable to We Link within 14 days of the tenancy start date. We Link will issue an invoice for this amount.
Students are charged an annual guarantor service fee based on their monthly rent, paid once per year. The applicable fee will be communicated to you during the application process and confirmed before any commitment is made. Landlords are charged a one month rent commission on each successful placement, as described in Section 6. All fees are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend our fee structure with reasonable notice. Any changes will not affect placements already in progress.
All content on the We Link platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of We Link or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, We Link shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform or our services. Our total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to We Link in the preceding 12 months.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if you breach these terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the platform poses a risk to us, our users, or third parties. Where a Guarantor Letter has already been issued in relation to a live tenancy, termination of platform access does not affect the obligations arising under that letter.
These terms and any dispute arising in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email or by displaying a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
