A one-off fee, charged only once everything is signed. We handle the entire search from start to finish — all you do is sign the paperwork.

Guarantor fees
The guarantor fee is set by the monthly rent of the property you are renting. It is charged annually and paid upfront, before the guarantee is issued. Contact us and we will quote you directly based on your rent.
For landlords
Listing a property with We Link is free. A one month rent commission is charged only once a tenant has signed and moved in — no placement, no charge.
Common questions
Do I have to take both services?
No. The property search and the guarantor are charged separately and can be taken on their own. If you have already found a property yourself, you only pay the guarantor fee. If you have your own guarantor, you only pay the search fee.
What does the 100 KD search fee cover?
Everything involved in finding and securing the property. We search based on your budget, university and move-in date, deal with the landlords and letting agents directly, handle the enquiries, viewings and negotiation, and prepare the paperwork. All you need to do is sign it.
How is the guarantor fee decided?
It is based on the monthly rent of the property you are renting, and is charged annually — not monthly. It is only renewed for a further year if you still need a guarantor. Get in touch and we will quote you directly based on your rent.
When do I pay?
The two fees are paid at different points. The 100 KD search fee is a one-off, charged only once everything has been signed — so you are not paying us to look. The guarantor fee is paid upfront, before we issue the guarantee, because the guarantee has to be in place for the landlord to accept you. Both are confirmed with you in writing beforehand, and there are no hidden extras beyond the fees quoted to you.
What does the guarantor service cover?
We Link acts as your UK based guarantor on the tenancy agreement, satisfying the requirements of most UK landlords and letting agents. This removes the need for a UK based personal guarantor.
Can landlords list multiple properties?
Yes. Landlords can list as many properties as they wish. Each successful placement carries the standard one month rent commission.
