When is the landlord commission charged?
The one month rent commission is charged only once a tenant has signed a tenancy agreement and moved in. There is no charge if no placement is made.
Are there any hidden fees for students?
No. We Link does not charge students for the guarantor service, the application process, or the portal. Your only costs are the rent and any standard tenancy fees your landlord may require.
What does the guarantor service cover?
We Link acts as your UK based guarantor on the tenancy agreement, satisfying the requirements of most UK landlords and letting agents. This removes the need for a UK based personal guarantor.
Can I list multiple properties?
Yes. Landlords can list as many properties as they wish. Each successful placement carries the standard one month rent commission.
